Dave Payne, VP of D&C at Chevron

At the beginning of Fall 2016, Mr. David Payne, Vice President of Drilling & Completions at Chevron, came into Penn State to talk about the State of the Oil and Gas Industry.  In the Spring 2017 semester, we will be welcoming Mr. Payne again!
